The grill features many unique items like our full rack ribs braised for countless hours and fire grilled to perfection. The Blackwater Grill has the area's most complete steak menu as well as numerous pork and chicken dishes.

Made fresh by hand in our brew kettle tanks, the Blackwater Grill is the only place to get real authentic fresh root beer in the area. And we hate to toot our own horn here, but it is dam good!
The Blackwater Grill inside Bricktown is the only restaurant in the tri-states grilling over 100% hickory wood. Our open flame grilling system allows us to cook your food fast and injects our meats with that natural Smokey goodness. You have not had a steak until you have had one grilled over hickory wood.
At the Blackwater Grill, our steaks are aged for a mininum of 28 days and most are aged much longer. This allows the meat to self-tenderize giving our steaks a very delicious texture and taste. Our steaks are hand cut fresh daily. You won’t find a better steak for the value anywhere!
At Blackwater Grill, if we do one thing even better than our steaks and burgers it’s our ribs!! Braised for countless hours in a bath of our fresh brewed beer, cola, secret spices then finished on our hickory wood fired grill for a truly unique flavor.
Then we take the rib and hand rub dry spices and grill it to perfection. Add in your choice of a number for different BBQ flavors or styles and you got the best ribs in the tri-steaks.
